You will gradually change from a situation where you have a mentor attached to you to a position where you are mentoring as a mentor.
This is an opportunity to learn how to use mentoring when you are a mentee and how to implement mentoring when you are a mentor.
We hope that you will join us as you reflect on your past mentoring experiences.
Mentoring is a method of developing human resources. It is a method in which the mentor and the recipient (mentee) form a trusting relationship and face all challenges, drawing out their initiative. Essentially, mentoring is a place where you can talk about anything. However, it is a fact that mentoring in the mentoring program often leads to the question, “I don't know what to talk about! “.
Therefore, let's deepen the discussion on how to promote more effective mentoring, including the mentor's involvement behavior and the mentee's responses, from both sides' perspectives. There will also be time for exchange of opinions among participants. We look forward to your active participation.
