Joint use of common equipment

The Tokai National Higher Education and Research System Equipment Sharing System (TESS) allows researchers inside and outside the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System to freely browse the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System's shared facilities and equipment. This system not only allows users to browse but also to reserve and use shared facilities and equipment available to the public.
