`Leadership Program for Researchers'(in Japanese)August 2024 – March 2025 (Part1-8)

In this program, participants will face themselves and learn self-management techniques to enhance their leadership skills.
Participants will also think together about their careers, life/work balance, and the importance of diversity in the workplace.
It is also expected that participants will form a network with other participants by continuing to participate in the program with the same members.

 Part 2 Thinking about your career (Role Model Study, Ability to discover issues/Ability to promote research)
 Part 3 Deepen self-understanding, leading to understanding of others and mutual understanding
(Management Skills,/Communication Skills, Ability to collaborate)
 Part 4 Action Plan for Career Development - Step 1 (Management Skills, Ability to discover issues/Ability to promote research)
 Part 5 Time Management for Researchers (Management Skills, Ability to discover issues/Ability to promote research)
 Part 6 Action Plan for Career Development - Step 2 (Management Skills, Ability to discover issues/Ability to promote research)
 Part 7 Leadership based on one's own strengths (Role Model Study, Ability to discover issues/Ability to promote research)

Venue This program is generally held via Zoom, but will be held in person on February 5.
Language Japanese
Target Researchers affiliated with Nagoya University (regardless of gender or field of humanities or sciences, including specially appointed faculty members and researchers, but excluding students). T-GEx associates are also welcome to participate.
