In this program, participants will face themselves and learn self-management techniques to enhance their leadership skills.
Participants will also think together about their careers, life/work balance, and the importance of diversity in the workplace.
It is also expected that participants will form a network with other participants by continuing to participate in the program with the same members.

| Venue | This program is basically held via Zoom, but the 1st session (August 26), the 4th session (November 10) and the 7th session（March 2nd）will be held in person. |

| Target | Researchers affiliated with Tokai National Higher Education and Research System (regardless of gender or field of humanities or sciences, including specially appointed faculty members and researchers, but excluding students). Early-career researchers of Tokai Pathways to Global Excellence (T-GEx fellows,T-GEx associates and T-GEx corporate associates) Applications from previous participants of this program are also welcome. |
| Application | Number of applicants: Approximately 40 people. Participants must be able to attend at least 3 of the 7 sessions. In principle, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications for participation in one or two sessions are accepted; however, in the case of a large number of applicants, priority will be given to those who are able to attend multiple sessions. |
