In the Smooth Communication Techniques (Part 2), you will learn listening and assertive communication, which are specific communication techniques. Listening means listening to the other person with a sincere attitude by listening with one's ears, eyes, and heart, and it is the foundation for building relationships. Assertive communication is a communication method that respects the other person's feelings and thoughts, and then conveys one's own feelings and thoughts honestly, frankly, and in a way that suits the situation so that the other person can understand.
