PI development seminar‘ Methods of Smooth Communication (Part 2) – Active Listening and Assertive Communication’(in Japanese)

In the Smooth Communication Techniques (Part 2), you will learn listening and assertive communication, which are specific communication techniques. Listening means listening to the other person with a sincere attitude by listening with one's ears, eyes, and heart, and it is the foundation for building relationships. Assertive communication is a communication method that respects the other person's feelings and thoughts, and then conveys one's own feelings and thoughts honestly, frankly, and in a way that suits the situation so that the other person can understand. This is an opportunity to learn experientially through lectures, work, and role plays, and use this to improve team strength. Please join us.
