PI development seminar‘ Methods of Smooth Communication (Part 1) – Considering Anger Management’(in Japanese)

Do you find yourself getting frustrated during busyness and stress? Smooth communication is required in a variety of situations, such as research guidance for students, joint research with researchers, and organizational management while collaborating with faculty and staff. In this seminar, we will focus on anger management as one of the methods to improve communication skills. Anger management is a technique for controlling emotions such as frustration and anger. In this seminar, you will learn about understanding anger emotions, stress management, and cognitive change, and will have an opportunity to deepen your self-understanding and think about anger management for improving team performance through sharing their opinions with participants.
