【Topic】
The consent system will be introduced within one year from the amendment of the Trademark Act on June 14, 2023. As a result, even if a trademark is similar to a previously registered trademark, it can be registered without going through an assign-back process. In this regard, the consent of the previous trademark registrant should be required. This seminar will explain an overview of the consent system for beginners.。
