T-GEx Associate Dr. SHINTANI A. Seine, College of Life and Health Sciences Chubu University, has been certificated as INNO-β, which is part of the Strategic Information and Communications R&D Promotion Programme(SCOPE) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
(INNO)vation programme is a programme to build a public-private, regional and global collaborative discovery ecosystem that identifies outstanding pre-start-up ideas and supports the challenge of disruptive ICT innovation that creates value on a global scale.
Dr. Seine A. Shintani was adopted in FY2021 and certificated as a INNO-β after a one-year challenge period (support period).
