T-GEx Alumni Dr. Hirotaka IIJIMA (Harvard University) has been accepted for an Editorial Board Fellowship at The Journal of Physiology, one of the most prestigious journals in the field of physiology with a history of over 140 years. Dr. Iijima will serve as a member of the editorial board as an Editorial Fellow for two years. In 2024, six people, including Dr. Iijima, were recruited from around the world.
During his two-year term as an Editorial Fellow, Dr. Iijima will read and review approximately one paper per month, participate in the paper acceptance process, and learn about the publication process, including publication requirements, under the guidance of a Senior Editor. The names of Editorial Fellow will be published with accepted papers, along with the Senior Editor responsible for the paper.
