The research of T-GEx Fellow Dr.HIGUCHI Ryo, Nagoya University, was selected for the 13th Ishida Prize from Nagoya University.

The research of T-GEx Fellow Dr.HIGUCHI Ryo, Graduate School of Humanities, Nagoya University, was selected for the 13th Ishida Prize from Nagoya University, and the award ceremony was held on January 27, 2025.

The research theme is "Research into the regional and historical characteristics of Byzantine architecture using three-dimensional measurements."
The "Nagoya University Ishida Award" is based on the will of the Ishida Foundation to honor young researchers who have excellent research abilities and are expected to have future developments.
It was established with the aim of enhancing motivation for research and supporting its development.
This year, we are once again accepting applications from young researchers affiliated with research institutes in the three Tokai prefectures (Aichi, Gifu, and Mie) in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.
After careful consideration, the winners were selected.
