It is a method in which the mentor and the recipient (mentee) form a trusting relationship and face all challenges, drawing out their initiative. Essentially, mentoring is a place where you can talk about anything. However, it is a fact that mentoring in the mentoring program often leads to the question, \u201cI don't know what to talk about! \u201c. <br>\r\nTherefore, let's deepen the discussion on how to promote more effective mentoring, including the mentor's involvement behavior and the mentee's responses, from both sides' perspectives. There will also be time for exchange of opinions among participants.
