The event offered young researchers a valuable opportunity to learn about the roles, missions, and qualities of leadership. Twenty early-career researchers from both inside and outside the university participated.<br>\r\nPresident\/CEO Yamada shared the story of Daido Corporation\u2019s growth since its founding in 1946\u2014from its early days to becoming a proposal-oriented mechatronics trading company with 40 offices nationwide. He also offered insights on how researchers can become global leaders who respond to the needs of society.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1241\">Encouraging participants, he remarked, \u201cI hope you will become someone who can see things through to the end,\u201d and emphasized the importance of \u201cbuilding win-win relationships with the people you work with.\u201d<br data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1062\" \/>\r\nHe also spoke about maintaining good health even beyond the age of 90, sharing his own practices and experiences.
