June 2, 2024.<\/p>\r\n<p>This award is given to a female scientist under the age of 40 (as of April 1, 2024) who has produced outstanding research results in the field of natural sciences and is expected to contribute to the advancement of science.<\/p>\r\n<p>Japanese Association of University Women(JAUW) aims to \"improve women's access to higher education,\" \"promote a gender-equal society,\" and \"international cooperation and world peace.\"<br>\r\nIt is an NGO founded in 1946. \"Awareness-raising and proposal\" activities to create a better society, and \"scholarships and
